Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Vocal Dojo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What we provide

Vocal Dojo is a vocal warmup and exercise app that runs entirely on your device. All exercises, workouts, and practice data are stored locally. We do not operate servers that process your data.

Purchases

Vocal Dojo offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full access. The purchase is non-consumable and tied to your Apple ID. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

Any workouts, settings, or practice data you create in the app belong to you and remain on your device. We have no access to this data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimer

Vocal Dojo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any vocal strain, injury, or damage resulting from use of the app. Always warm up responsibly and consult a vocal coach or medical professional if you experience pain or discomfort.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
